Route Style welcomes correspondence on editorial, press, partnership, privacy, legal, and takedown matters. This page describes the available contact channels, the categories of inquiry we routinely handle, the information you are asked to include when writing to us, the timeframes within which we endeavour to respond, and the procedures applicable to specific categories of formal request (including copyright and privacy-rights requests). Please read the section applicable to your inquiry before writing, as doing so materially accelerates our ability to respond substantively.
1. Primary contact
Email: hello@route.style. This address is monitored for general correspondence, editorial suggestions, press inquiries, partnership proposals, bug reports, feature requests, accessibility feedback, and routine questions. Please include a clear subject line describing the nature of your inquiry (for example, "Editorial feedback" or "DMCA takedown request" or "Privacy rights request"). We receive a substantial volume of correspondence; a specific subject line and a concise description of what you need from us allows us to route and respond more efficiently.
2. Inquiry form
If you prefer a form interface, please complete the following. The form is not a substitute for email; for formal legal requests, email correspondence to the address above is preferred, as it preserves a clearer record.
3. Editorial correspondence
If you have suggestions about a destination, source, photographer, fashion house, or theme you believe deserves representation within the Service, we welcome the recommendation. Please include specifics where possible: source URLs, photographer names, representative imagery, and a brief explanation of why the suggestion fits the editorial scope described in the About page. We do not guarantee inclusion of any specific suggestion, and inclusion is determined solely by editorial judgment applied through the methodology described in the About page.
4. Press and media inquiries
For press inquiries, please include your name, publication, deadline, the subject of your inquiry, and the specific questions you would like us to address. Interview requests, quote requests, and requests for logo assets or background information on the Service are routinely handled within two to three business days. Please note that Route Style does not typically comment on editorial plans in advance of publication, on commercial terms of any kind, on specific partner relationships, or on individual Users of the Service.
5. Partnership and collaboration proposals
Route Style considers a limited number of editorial and technical collaborations each year, including destination-specific editorial features, photography licensing arrangements, and open-source or academic projects. Route Style does not accept paid placement of images in the feed, does not sell editorial influence to any third party, and declines unsolicited requests for sponsored content, affiliate-link integration, or inclusion of named brands or hotels in exchange for consideration. Proposals that align with the editorial mission described on the About page are welcomed; please include a brief description of your organisation, the proposed collaboration, the expected timeframe, and a single point of contact.
6. Privacy rights requests
Users wishing to exercise privacy rights (including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or non-discrimination) as set out in the Privacy Policy may submit a request by email to the address above with the subject line "Privacy rights request". The request should specify: (a) the specific right(s) you wish to exercise; (b) the jurisdiction under which the request is being made (for example, California, Virginia, or the European Economic Area); (c) sufficient information to permit us to verify that the request comes from you or from someone authorised to act on your behalf; and (d) the preferred method of response. Because Route Style does not maintain server-side accounts, the most effective remedy for most requests is to clear browser localStorage, sessionStorage, and cookies; however, we will respond in good faith to requests relating to server logs, correspondence, or advertising data within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days, subject to extension where permitted).
7. Copyright and DMCA takedown notices
Route Style respects the intellectual-property rights of photographers, artists, institutions, and other rights holders. Because Route Style does not host the imagery it displays (it links to imagery hosted by third-party sources and renders the imagery in the User's browser via those sources), the most effective takedown remedy is typically to submit a notice directly to the source platform hosting the material. If you nonetheless wish to submit a takedown notice to Route Style, please email the address above with the subject line "DMCA takedown request" and include: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material alleged to be infringing and its location on the Service (ideally with a direct URL to the image or page in question); (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Notices meeting these criteria are processed in good faith and typically within seven (7) business days of receipt.
8. Legal service and formal notices
Formal legal correspondence, including service of process where electronic service is permitted, may be directed to the email address above with the subject line "Legal notice". Nothing in this paragraph constitutes a waiver of any objection as to the method of service, jurisdiction, venue, or other procedural matter. For jurisdictional and governing-law matters, please refer to Section 14 of the Terms of Use.
9. Accessibility
Route Style is committed to making the Service usable by the broadest possible range of Users, including those using assistive technologies. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email us with the subject line "Accessibility" and a description of the barrier, including the page or feature where it occurs, the assistive technology in use (if any), and the expected behaviour. We treat accessibility reports with priority.
10. Bug reports and feature requests
Technical issues (images failing to load, layout errors on specific browsers, unexpected behaviour, or suspected security vulnerabilities) may be reported to the email address above with the subject line "Bug report". Please include your browser and operating system, the page where the issue occurs, a description of the expected and observed behaviour, and a screenshot if possible. Suspected security vulnerabilities are handled on a responsible-disclosure basis; please do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
11. What Route Style cannot help with
Route Style is an editorial visual discovery platform and cannot assist with travel bookings, hotel reservations, fashion purchases, licensing of third-party imagery, personal travel planning, event tickets, or commercial inquiries directed at the properties, brands, or institutions whose content appears via the Service. Such inquiries should be directed to the respective property, brand, or rights holder. Likewise, Route Style does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice; communications from Route Style are informational only.
12. Response times
Route Style endeavours to respond to all good-faith correspondence within a reasonable period. Routine inquiries are typically addressed within three to five business days; press inquiries within two to three business days; copyright and privacy-rights requests within the timeframes specified in the relevant sections above; partnership proposals as editorial schedule permits. Response times may extend during holiday periods. If you have not received a response within fourteen (14) days on a non-urgent matter, you are welcome to send a polite follow-up.
